About the job Associate, Structured Finance

What is the job like?

• Conducts industry and company research, performs financial analysis of companies and other evaluation related work on multiple asset classes (e.g. listed shares, bonds, derivatives, structured products, properties, etc.) as collateral
• Monitors, reviews and analyses regional capital market activities and corporate actions (e.g. IPO, M&A, rights issue, privatisation etc.)
• Develops and prepares client presentation materials, mandate letter and termsheets
• Assists in managing day-to-day execution of structured finance transactions
• Any other project or ad-hoc responsibilities which may be assigned by management from time to time
