What can you expect?

Our Structured Finance team works closely with colleagues across Financial Regulation, Funds, Insurance and Reinsurance, Banking and Derivatives, collaborating across Fieldfisher’s European network and beyond to deliver integrated, commercial financing solutions for a diverse client base. The team covers a wide range of transactions which includes private securitisations and other complex financing arrangements, structured insurance and reinsurance transactions and asset servicing contracts.

We value lawyers who are intellectually curious, collaborative and eager to explore opportunities across practice areas. While experience in structured finance would be helpful, the team will consider outstanding candidates with other relevant experience looking to specialise in this area.
