PJT Partners’ Strategic Advisory UK team in London is seeking an Associate with strong analytical and writing skills, who takes initiative, has great attention to detail, works well under pressure, and has the ability to perform both independently and within teams in a boutique investment advisory firm.

The Advisory group works directly with companies in evaluating, structuring and recommending financial and strategic alternatives. They work on a wide variety of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, asset sales, restructurings and divestitures. They are staffed directly on client teams and are expected to be involved in all aspects of a transaction, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and negotiation of contracts and other agreements.
