Role Overview
The Supply Chain Early Leadership Development Program (ELDP) develops future leaders through two one-year rotational assignments, cross-functional exposure, coaching, and hands-on learning.
For the first-year rotation assignment, the Associate Specialist will take on the role of a
Demand Fulfilment Planner , supporting end-to-end order fulfilment, supply coordination, and customer service performance. This assignment provides strong foundational skills in supply chain execution before progressing to Year 2 rotations (e.g., Logistics, Trade Compliance, Advanced Analytics, Digital Twin, RPA).
