*This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon. – Thurs.). The fourth week is fully remote. We are seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to partner closely with the Sourcing Manager to support product development and sourcing programs from concept through production. In this role, you will manage timelines, costing, vendor communication, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure high‑quality products are delivered on time and in line with business objectives.

Own execution of product development with guidance from the Sourcing Manager, serving as a key liaison between Design, Merchants, and suppliers.

Manage time and action calendars, including negotiating and analyzing vendor lead times to maximize flexibility and speed.

Analyze and negotiate product costing, cost breakdowns, and minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements.
