Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products including Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, and Broadcom IGA.
- Help analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with team members to elevate complex issues and learn from their expertise.
- Participate in knowledge base creation and maintenance for common issues and solutions.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and product updates to enhance technical knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of network architecture, computer systems, and security protocols.
