Global Investment Services

What will you do as an Associate, Securities Operations (Contract)?

  • Ensure timely and accurate external instructions and bookings, ensuring sufficient funding and compliance with internal and custodian bank cut-off times.
  • Monitor and enhance service delivery from Custodians, Brokers, and External Fund Managers, focusing on confirmations, settlements, transaction processing, NAV reporting and compliance monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and accuracy, implement strategies to minimize operational risks, and maintain robust operational controls.
  • Participate in system upgrades, automation initiatives, and user acceptance testing, leveraging AI for automation and data analysis, combined with a strong understanding of business needs, to enhance operational processes.
