Role: Associate Scrum Master
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:- To assist in facilitating Daily Scrums Sprint Planning Product Backlog Refinement Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives release planning and other team activities to coordinate delivering ongoing DTS agile projects.
- Ensures that the Scrum process is used as intended.
- Help to Facilitate Daily Scrums Sprint Planning Product Backlog refinement Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives release planning and other team activities as required.
- Ensures team self-organization & empowerment.
- Facilitate Retrospectives and share new ideas for process improvement.
- Ensure preparation for planning through effective Product Backlog refinement sessions.
