We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Relationship Management (Global Incorporations) . This role will be based in our Vistra, Singapore office.

• Be the main point of contact, handle queries, and provide timely updates.
• Manage the incorporation and setup of offshore companies (BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Samoa).
• Ensure client information is accurate and complies with regulatory standards.
• Assist clients with annual filings and other administrative tasks.
• Conduct cold calls and upsell additional services to clients as appropriate.
• Direct clients to the right team or department based on their needs.
• Work with the compliance team to review client documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
