Job Description
The Role
To carry out a range of administrative support tasks relating to the recruitment of Assessment Associates (AAs). This is to ensure that sufficient Assessment Associates (AAβs) are appointed to fulfil the assessment activities. This is an entry level position within the Associate Recruitment Processing team.
Key Accountabilities
Deal with routine enquiries regarding applications and the status of applications by phone and email. Liaise with internal customers regarding Assessment Associates
Manage the end to end recruitment process for all vacancies - including support for new applicants and reference checks.
Manage the on board process of all AAs - including the maintenance of bank details, HMRC data and personal information.
Ensure details of new Examiners/Moderators/Markers communicated to other relevant internal departments.
