**Associate Manager Corporate Real Estate Project Hire**
The _Corporate Real Estate Transactions and Portfolio group_ is aptly named, because that is exactly what we do – manage The Walt Disney Company’s (TWDC) global real estate portfolio. This is a unique position in TWDC, as we are the only group that touches every corner of the enterprise. Corporate Real Estate’s Global Portfolio Management & Transactions group tracks, reports, and manages TWDC’s real estate portfolio which is over 25 million SF in over 350 owned and leased locations worldwide. The group also initiates and delivers real estate strategies, portfolio management, space & occupancy planning and acquisition/disposition projects to internal TWDC business units.
