Overview

Associate, Quantitative Strategy Analyst – Inflation at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) will support the Front Office Quant area by developing pricing and risk models, analytics and tools for Sales and Trading, with a focus on inflation‑linked products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quantitative models for inflation products such as inflation swaps, break‑evens and linkers.
• Conduct research and generate insights on inflation dynamics and market behaviour.
• Translate complex market problems into structured quantitative solutions.
• Collaborate with traders and other quants to identify and implement new strategies.
• Use advanced techniques to develop an efficient risk framework.
• Refine existing quants framework and quantitative tools to meet highest quality standards.
