**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for meeting/exceeding customer quality metrics to ensure customer preferred supplier status.
+ Conducts customer quality reviews with customers and internal BDSI organization.
+ Leads technical calls with suppliers
+ Works in collaboration internally with supply chain and externally with the customer on supplier management work transfer process
