Job Description
The Role:
Kairos is looking for a Project Coordinator / Associate Project Manager to provide dedicated project management, administration, and coordination support across active client accounts and new business workstreams. This role exists to strengthen day-to-day execution hygiene, improve visibility across teams, and free more senior PM resources to focus on delivery leadership, risk management, and strategic account support.
This is a high-detail, execution-focused role. You will not be expected to own delivery strategy or serve as the primary client lead. Instead, you will make sure meetings are captured accurately, tasks are tracked clearly, follow-ups happen on time, documentation stays organized, and account teams have the operational structure they need to deliver consistently.
