Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the intake, coordination, and execution of assigned employee career development projects, ensuring deliverables progress according to defined scope, timelines, and priorities.
- Assist in managing program dependencies, risks, and deliverables for assigned career development projects, including escalation of issues and tracking their resolution.
- Support the development and maintenance of program assets, including e-learning modules, learner workbooks, toolkits, job aids, and career guides, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Support the updating and maintenance of the Career Development SharePoint Hub as the primary employee entry point for career resources and tools.
