Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Japanese development teams and the production team for live operation titles.

  • Monitor product updates and maintenance schedules, ensuring accurate communication across teams.

  • Translate written materials between Japanese and English, and communicate fan feedback to development teams.

  • Coordinate with PR and Marketing to support promotional campaigns, including asset distribution and IP clearance management.

  • Establish and communicate KPI targets; plan and optimize paid user acquisition initiatives to drive growth and retention.

  • Review contracts and milestone schedules, coordinating with finance and legal teams on payments and documentation.

  • Ensure accuracy and timing of in-game messaging, announcements, and marketing communications.
