Job Summary

The Associate Principal manages the Project Design Team, overseeing staffing, task distribution, technical support, and team accountability. They ensure design decisions are sound and that the team remains productive and effective.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, ensuring members receive adequate training, support, and development opportunities
• Accountable for utilization, workload planning, and forecasting
• Implement programs to improve the quality of service, products, and systems to meet client requirements, minimize costs, and maximize the firm’s competitive position
• Promote quality issues with all team members and ensure the quality control function is embedded as a standard in the team
• Assure adequate field review services are provided to ensure adherence of contract documents
