First Baptist Church of Dillon is seeking a dedicated and musically gifted individual to join our pastoral team as the Associate Pastor of Worship. This role is integral to meeting the spiritual needs of our church family through comprehensive worship and music ministry. Key Responsibilities: ❖ Collaborate with the Pastoral staff to address the church family's spiritual needs. ❖ Plan and lead the worship team and other special music (e.g. choir/ensembles, musicals, special events or services), to foster a culture of worship and spiritual engagement within the congregation. ❖ Oversee and coordinate children and youth music ministry. ❖ Recruit, train, and mentor worship team members, including vocalists, musicians, and technical volunteers. ❖ Serve under the leadership of the Pastor and support church missions and values.
