This dual-function position bridges front-end deal execution and post-funding account management. The individual is responsible for financial analysis, underwriting, documentation, and managing internal workflows across the entire loan lifecycle, ensuring deals are executed with discipline, precision, and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Intake & Pipeline Management

• Conduct intake for new transactions within 24 hours, providing initial financial models and written recommendations.
• Prepare Deal Qualification Meeting (DQM) applications and track deal statuses in Salesforce.
• Maintain and update data deal with precision and completeness across systems, primarily Salesforce
