**What you will do:**

+ Conduct market research on industry size, key players, customer segments, company size, revenue, upcoming technologies, and SWOT analysis to support supplier sourcing.
+ Identify, establish communication, assess and build new suppliers in Best Cost Country locations for key strategic categories (machining, forging, plastics, electronics, sheet metal etc.) supporting Stryker’s global manufacturing network.
+ Assess supplier capabilities across manufacturing, quality, cost, reliability, and compliance; support in presenting site assessment outcomes and recommendations to internal SGTC and global teams; and build commodity-specific supplier pipelines.
+ Lead the RFQ process by developing and issuing RFQs, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. Support in managing technical assessments, conducting commercial evaluations, leveraging should cost analysis and preparing presentations for internal stakeholders.
