Job Description
AM QA is responsible for ensuring Quality and Food Safety for the site.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance to FSSC 22000 and customer requirements, well versed with Halal and Kosher requirements as well as customer audits like Yum!, McDonald's SQMS.
- To ensure quality of output through appropriate intervention, inspection and testing to pre-determined quality parameters.
- To design and install appropriate Quality Management Systems encompassing receipt and storage of RM/PM, in-process material, material handling, storage and dispatch of FG.
- To provide periodic feedback on vendors and suppliers to purchase manager for vendor upgradation and certification.
- To initiate and document process activity and flow including certification for GMP and customer requirements.
