**Description:**
You will be the Associate Manager Quality Engineering (Cable/Harness/Assembly) for the Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality electronic assemblies, machined and welded parts, and safety‑critical systems for defense and commercial customers.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Associate Manager Quality Engineering (Cable/Harness/Assembly) you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function that supports the Cable/Harness & Electro‑Mechanical Assembly area.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Supervise direct reports, including career development, performance reviews, and staffing.
+ Oversee quality‑engineering work assignments such as quoting, capacity planning, budgeting, and capital planning.
+ Lead internal and external IPT meetings, corrective‑action boards, and quality‑metric reviews.
