Responsibilities

• Oversee mass hiring processes for operators, technicians, and support staff. Collaborate on manpower ramp-up strategies aligned with production schedules. Ensure adherence to hiring policies and management of employment contracts. Monitor hiring progress, attrition rates, and fulfillment against set targets. Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure readiness for production. Prepare and present HR and manpower reports to management and stakeholders. Conduct annual reviews of market compensation and hiring trends. Support daily HR operations including contracts, confirmations, and terminations. Work with Operations to identify and address workforce challenges and gaps.
