Jack of all trades? Work on a variety of work orders from leaky sinks to lights. Tackle work orders in a timely manner and assist plumbers and HVAC with repairs.

Responsible for light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks completed under supervision in a safe, professional manner. Must take extra precautions when working in patient/resident care areas and specifically keep tools out of the reach of children.
