Description
Key Responsibilities:

+ Represent clients in business litigation matters such as contract disputes, commercial disputes, partnership litigation, and other related areas.

+ Provide legal advice and develop case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

+ Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

+ Manage litigation files from inception to resolution, including trial preparations if necessary.

+ Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

+ Negotiate settlements, mediate disputes, and advocate for clients in court or alternative dispute resolution forums.

+ Collaborate with internal teams, including paralegals and legal assistants, for case support and management.

Requirements
Qualifications:

+ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
