Shift 1st Shift Description Provide product development from concept to commercialization. Assist in planning and execution of product concept demonstrations for existing and potential new customers. Actively participate in the design and physical production of bench samples that accurately mimic production line capabilities. Assist in continuous cost reduction of existing products while protecting or enhancing the organoleptic quality of products. Utilize statistics to define physical parameters of developed products. Accurate data entry and file maintenance. Physical assistance in production line tests, commercialization of new products, and continuous improvement efforts on the production floor. Other relevant duties and projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Meat Science or other related fields of study required; Master of Science preferred.
