Role Overview

The Associate Finance Manager, Surgical Vision is a key finance business partner supporting the Surgical Vision commercial organization in a designated SEA market (Thailand or Malaysia). This role focuses on financial planning & analysis, performance management, distributor support, and financial operations, enabling informed decision-making in a regulated, distributor-led environment. In addition to market responsibilities, the role carries broader SEA cluster scope, including ownership of SEA OPEX planning and monitoring, and finance support for a selected smaller SEA market (e.g., Indonesia or Philippines). This is an individual contributor role, suited for a hands‑on finance professional seeking strong commercial exposure within a high‑growth medical device business.
