Job Description
Responsibilities
He/She will oversee the administrative and support functions of MEC Ops.
- Facilitates PSA and Nursing training programs and maintains staff database records.
- Coordinating meetings, trainings, and minutes as required.
- Streamlining or automating processes of routine work for continuous improvement.
- Assist the department in collecting petty cash claims, providing logistics for new joiners and/or resignees, stock taking for stationeries, and any other administrative duties when necessary.
- Preferably Diploma.
- Systematic and meticulous, able to multi-task.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team.
