Job Summary The Associate Executive will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the IGA leadership as well as the administrative & research management team. Main Duties And Responsibilities Coordinate departmental meetings for various stakeholders, including availability checking, venuebooking and setup, calendar invites and meeting reminders. Keep track of institute's collaterals and resources such as bag, pen and educational materials. Coordinate and manage departmental admin matters such as procuring supplies, processing claims, submitting IT job requests, retrieving IGA mails, maintaining proper archiving of softwareand assets. Assist the admin team in IGA pillars of work – Research & Innovation, Education & Learning, and Translation & Practice.
