Job Title: Associate Director/Director, Investment (Logistics & Industrial)

With Singapore as a key CRE hub in Asia, the Associate Director/Director, Logistics & Industrial Investment role works with the logistics & industrial sales and leadership team to be a key partner in the development and execution of strategic investment initiatives for revenue growth. The role leads the building of an investment pipeline, identifies high‑value and probability targets, coordinates due diligence activities with internal and external resources, negotiates deal terms, and is responsible for deal management and support integration activities.
