**Role Overview**
The Associate Director, Solution and Delivery Lead (SDL) serves as a strategic, scientific, and delivery leader within Real World Evidence (RWE) Solutions. This role is accountable for shaping client strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex, multi-offering RWE engagements. The associate SDL acts as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to clients, partnering closely with internal teams to design and deliver impactful, tailored evidence solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead RWE solution strategy, selling, and delivery oversight for RWE engagements.
+ Drive RWE sales and revenue growth within key accounts, identifying and advancing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
