Design Leadership
- Lead design and technical delivery across complex, high-profile projects spanning residential, commercial, and hospitality typologies, maintaining consistently high creative standards.
- Champion design innovation within the studio — setting the bar for quality, encouraging bold ideas, and ensuring every project reflects SOG Design's commitment to thoughtful, place‑specific architecture.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid‑level designers through hands‑on guidance, constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration.
