About this opportunity

We are searching for a chartered project manager with experience leading the delivery of major construction projects as project director or project lead, with excellent knowledge of health sector construction projects & programmes.

This is an opportunity to lead a landmark construction scheme in excess of £100m construction value, and play a key role in delivering vital health services to the local region.

You will need excellent client management skills, with experience managing programmes, thorough knowledge of RIBA design stages, experience successfully managing multi-disciplinary project teams and sound understanding of working with public sector health clients.

In addition to programme management & project delivery, you will be responsible for securing additional projects & workstreams within the programme.
