Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project engineers supporting operations across all P&WC product families.
• Define and achieve product requirements for projects.
• Ensure product safety remains a top priority at all times.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve KPIs such as weight, cost and reliability, while meeting requirements from other organizations.
• Lead substantiation and validation activities required to meet type‑certification requirements.
• Ensure commitments, budget tracking and resource planning are met.
