Your Opportunity

As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients across diverse sectors, including government, energy, water, transport, social infrastructure, mining and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients - designing, building and implementing delivery models, solving complex problems, and leading delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships often as an embedded engagement team.
  • Provide technical program and project subject matter expertise across multiple sectors.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in delivering major capital infrastructure programs.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and expressions of interest that showcase KPMG’s capabilities.
  • Grow a portfolio of consulting work with both existing and new clients.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing delivery team.
