The Office of Development seeks a dynamic, relationship-driven Associate Director of Development to help grow a strong major gift pipeline and advance the College’s bold fundraising goals.

This is a frontline role focused on qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospective donors capable of making gifts of $3,000–$100,000+, including outright gifts, multi-year commitments, blended gifts, and planned gifts. The Associate Director must be a motivated professional who loves connecting with people, telling powerful stories, and asking for support that changes lives.

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 annually; Salary will commensurate with experience, skills, and knowledge.
