Your Role Includes

• Lead the national Medical Education strategy, establishing a long‑term vision and roadmap aligned with global and therapeutic area priorities.
• Manage and develop a team of Medical Education Managers, fostering growth through structured onboarding, coaching, and continuous development.
• Design and implement enterprise‑wide frameworks for needs assessment, content development, channel selection, and program evaluation.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment by collaborating with Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and Ethics & Compliance teams to ensure strategic and compliant execution.
