Reporting directly to the Director, CMHC Mortgage Servicing, this position is integral to the successful ongoing leadership of an in‑house mortgage servicing department. The Associate Director will translate strategic direction into daily execution, define best‑in‑class operational standards, and manage a dedicated team of Servicing Analysts.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director to define and document business requirements for the new CMHC mortgage servicing platform, playing a key role in system testing, quality assurance, and phased rollouts.
