General Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Five years of experience in fundraising, membership, and/or marketing.
Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:
Performs complex managerial work providing direction and guidance in operations and planning for other annual giving programs with oversight of the Director. Organize and manage volunteers in support of the University’s strategic plan and goals.
Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):
Grows and retains annual donors to the University. Seeks new annual giving strategies and growth opportunities. Identifies major gift prospects through annual gifts.
