They have multiple offices in global locations and deploy thousands of staff across these locations. Job Description Regional Budgeting and Financial Control* Drive the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for all APAC data centre development projects, with particular depth on Japan and Australia project budgets, validating assumptions and variance drivers.
- Ensure budgets are comprehensive and strategically aligned, covering capex, opex, financing costs and phasing.
