**Associate Director, Facilities Operations | Brooklyn Academic Institution**

**Location:** Brooklyn, NY 11201 (100% On-site)

**Compensation:** $40.00 – $50.00 / hour (W2)

**Status:** Contract-to-Hire (3-month intervals; high potential for FTE within 4–6 months)

**Schedule:** 35 Hours/Week (7 hours/day) + paid emergency call-back
