Job Description

Your Tasks

You will take a lead role in managing Mutares invested portfolio companies. You will be responsible to setup the overall transformation strategy, identifying business improvement opportunities and implementing and tracking those initiatives together with local management team to improve the business performance.

  • Business analysis : Conducting bottom-up detailed analysis for underlying business to provide full transparency for the risks and opportunities right after the acquisition and identifying areas of improvement
  • Initiative implementation : Collaborate with the local team to achieve targeted improvements, ensure transparency through tracking and reporting, provide risk analysis and mitigation for deviations, and foster a continuous improvement culture within the portfolio company
