EY Capital & Debt Advisory is seeking an Associate Director to join its market‑leading corporate debt advisory team to support with deal execution and deal origination. The team is award‑winning, having recently been named Global Capital Debt Advisor of the year for 2026 and has a strong reputation, regularly closing high‑profile transactions. It advises sovereign, corporate, private‑equity, not‑for‑profit and entrepreneurial clients on debt‑related matters, including refinancings, acquisition‑related financings, leveraged transactions, finance raisings and amendments, and currently has a healthy book of live deals and near‑term opportunities.
