• Transformation and Project Management Leadership:

• Need to work with respective Functional Leads to seek opportunities for Transformation opportunities leading to value proposition to business.
• Ensure to drive e.l.f. Beauty India Transformation Road Map driven to formulation to execution basis Functional Leads roadmap.
• Converting to Projects, which should be led and managed as a portfolio of high-impact projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that business objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for India lead projects.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and drive risk management and mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
