Position Summary
The Associate Director, Academic and Student Affairs directs and supports the work of faculty curriculum committees to ensure the timely and accurate review, approval, and revision of academic programs and courses. The role provides strategic oversight for a wide range of academic and student affairs functions across the Courant Institute, including the administration and reconciliation of student financial aid and funding, as well as coordination of student research activities. The Associate Director also manages internal and external fellowship and award nomination processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strong advocacy for students. The Associate Director, Academic and Student Affairs interprets and applies University policies to plan, manage, and resolve moderately complex academic and administrative matters.
