*DCAMM’S Mission* The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) oversees over $2 billion in capital programs and projects, and is responsible for capital planning, project delivery, property acquisitions, dispositions, management, and real estate services for the Commonwealth.
