Objectives: Deliver professional and responsive customer service at the Information Counter as the primary point of contact for shoppers. Support the smooth execution of mall promotions, redemption programmes and loyalty initiatives.
Job Duties: Manage the Information Counter and attend to shoppers' enquiries, feedback and complaints effectively with a professional and pleasant disposition at all times. Observe and adhere to all standard operating procedures, including housekeeping, opening and closing routines, stock-taking activities, and other counter-related processes.
