Job Description
Primary interface of onsemi to external customers and vise versa. Provide customer satisfaction in processing customer orders. Collaborate with various functional groups within onsemi to ensure customers' requests are handled properly and in a timely manner. Independently answer correspondence, manage meeting with customers, and handle complaints and requests. Comply with Customer Service business rules, techniques, and protocols. Bachelorβs Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management and/or any Engineering related course. Knowledge on basic semiconductor processes and terminologies is an advantage.Β Willing to work on night and rotating shift schedule. Able to maintain positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and respond promptly to their inquiries.Β Background in problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
