Job Description: 
  • Conduct legal research under the supervision of senior lawyers.
  • Advising and assisting clients to apply for approvals or licenses;
  • Preparing, reviewing, and handling all types of corporate, investment, and commercial related agreements including, but not limited to, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements, merger and acquisition agreements, and other ancillary agreements;
  • Support senior lawyers in the preparation of application dossiers for various licensing matters and in review/drafting of contracts and other legal documents.
  • Formulating legal strategies, providing legal opinions and analytical responses to clients requests for legal advice, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients

    • Job Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years' post qualification experience at a reputable law firm; Exceptional academic background with includes, at minimum, a bachelors degree in law;
