* Dunedin Hospital
* Permanent, part-time role (0.75 FTE, 60 hours per fortnight)
* Salary band: $116,000 - $127,000 per annum pro-rata plus KiwiSaver

About the role
Reporting to the Charge Nurse Manager of Te Puna Wai Ora, this role fosters a culture within the unit that continues to strive for excellence in clinical services and focuses on patient-centred care.
Our multi-disciplinary team provides care across the whole life spectrum including:
* paediatric and obstetric patients
* those requiring cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, and complex medical or trauma care, including renal replacement
* a retrieval service utilising helicopter and fixed-wing flights.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* strategic leadership
* staff education
* development and recruitment
